MLM Binary Plan - A Good Compensation Plan for MLM Business

There are a number of compensation plans in MLM (Multi Level Marketing), out of which the Binary Compensation plan is the most common. Many time people are unaware of the way a compensation plan functions and may not even be able to explain the same to their recruits.

Generally, all network marketers think that the compensation plan that they have is the best, but it may not be so. Today I will write a bit about the Binary plan, which will help you to understand its various facets.

In a MLM business model, the upline members form the main support but they may not so helpful that in order to improve your downline, may recruit distributors and place them under you. They generally only offer the initial support but that may be it. In MLM, in order to achieve success you need to look after you downline. The binary plan is the best example of upline support.

A unique feature of the binary compensation plan is that the number of distributors on the first level is limited to two. Any personally recruited distributor beyond two spills over to the second level. If the second level is full, the new distributor is placed on the next vacant slot at deeper levels. This spillover makes the binary plan more attractive.

The Bi in the Binary Compensation plan means two. In reference to the compensation plan, it means two legs. Every new member recruited is placed one under the other. In this plan, you could be of the two legs. One side sub tree is known as the "power leg" and is generally the leg that you have joined into and it will continue to be strong as well as long because your upline will constantly be placing people under you. This is generally not seen in any other mlm compensation plans.

The other side sub tree is known as the "profit" leg and is the leg that you work on. Moreover, anybody you recruit can be placed on this leg. You just need to work on this leg and you can place additional members on this leg under your downline thus benefitting all the members under that leg.

The MLM Binary plan usually dictates the number of members you need to place in either of the two legs to be eligible to receive the commission payments.

The key aspects of the MLM Binary Plan which makes it popular depends on the below points.

1. Generally you need to only recruit two people to qualify for commissions.

2. You are paid on twice as many people as the group you build.

3. You only have to concentrate on building one leg.

4. Every member you recruit is placed under the other members in the leg you are building.

5. All members benefit from all new members sponsored by all upline members in that leg.

Apart from group commissions and depending on the program you join, you can receive a huge bonus on each person you personally sponsor.

It is only in the MLM Binary plan that you can tell your recruits that you will be placing future members that you recruit under them, something that they can profit. It is one plan that will help you help others as well as yourself.
